This link leads to the site of the DiME (Data Local Iterative Methods For The Efficient Solution of Partial Differential Equations) project, which is dealing with the efficient implementation of iterative solvers. There are different code examples available for Download. At the moment, Markus Stürmer is the contact person for DiME.

This is a geometric multi grid solver for Poisson's Equation on infinite domains. It can only run on the Cell Broadband Engine and was developed by Daniel Ritter during his master thesis.

LBMSim

This demo software simulates a Lattice-Boltzmann-Automata (LBA) using a D2Q9 model. Different geometries can be created and setting and erasing of obstacles is supported. A certain quantity for a chosen configuration can be visualised. It was developed by Frank Deserno.

LBMGT

LBMGT s a small Lattice Boltzmann geometry tool. It is able to import, build and export geometries. All geometry descriptions are converted into an internal voxel based format. Simple routines for modifying the geometry are also included. It was developed by Frank Deserno.
