Registration

In order to participate in the exercises you must join the course "Exercises to High End Simulation in Practice" in mein campus.

In order to work on one of the LSS machines you require an LSS account. The form for the account registration can be downloaded here. Please bring your filled in form to Gaby Fleig (room 0.113.1, between 8:30 and 12:00) to finish the setup of your account. Remember to obtain a signature from one of the lecturers or tutors.

In order to work in the Casa Huber CIP-Pool you require a computer science CIP account. If you have such an account and have registered for the course exercises in mein campus we will automatically arrange that you will have access to the room and computers. The machines in this CIP-pool offer bleeding-edge GPGPUs.

Code Examples

  • hello.tar.gz: a simple example for creating kernels. Note: it must be run on a CPU using the AMD platform due to the use of printf() in kernels.
